What is shadow AI?It's employees using AI tools without a framework defined by the company: sensitive data pasted into consumer tools, unverified outputs, practices invisible to leadership. The answer isn't prohibition but training: a framework and verifiable reflexes, role by role.
How many employees use AI without a framework?According to Microsoft and LinkedIn's 2024 Work Trend Index (31,000 people surveyed across 31 countries), 75% of employees use AI at work and 78% of them bring their own tools, with no framework provided by their employer ("BYOAI"). The first deliverable of a Cadens programme is often simple visibility on those usages.
OPCO or CPF to train a team?For a company, OPCO is the main route: skills development plan, training agreement, centralised billing. CPF remains useful for individual initiatives. Cadens is Qualiopi-certified, a condition for both.
How long does it take to train a team on AI?We recommend 10 60-minute sessions per employee, spread over 2 to 4 months; the number of sessions and the pace adapt to each person's level and goals. Spacing is what anchors the skill: Cepeda et al.'s meta-analysis (2006, 317 experiments) shows spaced learning clearly outperforms an intensive format for long-term retention, whereas a one-off workshop fades within weeks (Ebbinghaus's forgetting curve).
